To assure that our customers understand the features of their new system and realize its full value, a Customer Service Representative from Electronic Design Company will conduct an instruction program that is specific to your new system. User Training is included with all of our systems integration services, Executive and Technical training sessions are available upon request.
Personal instruction and demonstration of the new system's features and/or any special managerial features will be given on or before the day of installation.
Small group sessions will be scheduled at the customer's site on or before the day of first use. Users will be given a user's guide, a demonstration and an explanation of the new system's features.
Through hands on training, an in-depth technical training will provide the individuals responsible for the management of the new system the tools to understand the system and perform remedial maintenance.
